How this is calculated

VEECs = (heating savings + cooling savings) × lifetime, following the Victorian Energy Upgrades Specifications (Part 6). One VEEC is one tonne of CO₂-e saved over the system's life. Your discount is the number of VEECs × the value we pass on per certificate.

Estimate only, based on the Victorian Energy Upgrades Specifications (v25, Part 6) as at October 2026. The final discount depends on the exact product installed (it must be on the ESC register), your postcode's climate zone, the system being removed, and the VEEC market price at the time. Upgrades must be completed by an accredited provider, and the old system must be decommissioned. One calculation covers one system; work out each system separately. Elite Air Systems will confirm your exact discount in your quote.
