Who we are

Elite Air Systems Pty Ltd ("Elite Air Systems", "we", "us") supplies, installs and services heating, cooling and heat pump hot water systems from Factory 28, 99 Hallam South Road, Hallam VIC 3803. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address, postcode or suburb, and your address when we visit or install.
• Details about your property, your existing heating or cooling, and the system you're interested in — including answers you give in our rebate calculator or quote forms.
• Anything else you tell us in messages, calls or emails.
• Basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) recorded by our website host and by embedded services like Google Maps.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To check your eligibility for, and claim, Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) discounts and other government rebates on your behalf.
• To book and carry out installations, servicing, repairs and warranty work.
• To contact you about your job or the information you asked for.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• The Essential Services Commission and VEU accredited providers we work with, where needed to claim a discount for you.
• Equipment manufacturers and suppliers, for warranty registration and claims.
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as email, form and website hosting.
• Anyone else when the law requires it.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law (including VEU record-keeping rules) requires.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a few small settings in your browser for the current visit — for example, whether you've already seen the welcome animation, or a calculator estimate you've asked us to pass to the contact form. Embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies under their own policies.
